About us

We noticed that there are lots of yoga retreats and lots of fitness retreats, but there are no running retreats… and definitely no running AND yoga retreats.

With a combined love for running and yoga, Jess and Jemimah are passionate about sharing these forms of movement with everyone- whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner, or just starting to build running into your life; and whether you’re new to yoga or have a committed daily practice. We will work with you to help you move better, run longer and practice deeper

Unlike other fitness retreats, we place a huge emphasis on rest and recovery- through meditation, breathwork, jouraling, spending time in nature, quality sleep and maybe even a cheeky trip to the local spa.

As a multi-disciplinary movement coach with over 7 years of experience in the wellness industry, I am dedicated to helping people find movement that they enjoy and want to stick with. Having worked at some of London’s top boutique studios and gyms, Jemimah I have a wealth of experience with many different clients.

As a runner, I am definitely the more leisurely of the two of us! Join me for some laid-back, chatty runs while we take in some beautiful scenery. My yoga teaching style is playful, creative and dynamic.

My passion for movement began at a young age with gymnastics and athletics. I have always been drawn to these particular styles of yoga and became a yoga teacher in 2017 to share my love, passion and knowledge with others and have studied and worked in the wellness industry since.

For me, running is where I feel most alive, it brings me such a sense of freedom and joy which is probably why I have completed several marathons and ultramarathons and am always looking for the next Runner’s High
